Refund Policies

Refund polcies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Girls Development

All monies paid to Jr. Crusaders Youth Hockey for the purposes of Evaluation Fees and Tuition shall be non-refundable for any reason, except in the following three circumstances: 1. If a Player suffers a hockey related injury at a Jr. Crusaders Youth Hockey event, and as a result of that injury in unable to participate in Jr. Crusaders Youth Hockey activities for more than half of the regular season, then one-half of that Player's annual tuition may be refunded upon request. 2. If, during the course of a season, a Player's family moves away from the area prior to January 1st (i.e. mid-way through the season), then one-half of that Player's annual tuition may be refunded upon request. 3. If the board is notified in writing, by July 1st, of a player's withdrawal from the program, all tuition other than the non-refundable evaluation fee, will be refunded. Please acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the refund policy.

Junior Crusaders Tuition REFUND POLICY Without exception, money paid for the purpose of tryouts and evaluations are non-refundable. Tuition fees are also non-refundable. For tuition fees, the board of directors will accept written requests for a refund exception only in the following circumstances: 1. If a player should suffer a hockey-related injury at a Junior Crusaders Youth Hockey event and, as a result of that injury, is unable to participate in the normal activities of the organization for more than half of the regular season. 2. If a player's family moves away from the area prior to January 1 of the current season. 3. If a player withdraws from the program by providing written notification to the Board before July 1 preceding the season. In all circumstances, proof of exception must be submitted to the Board together with the request. The amount of refund, if any, will be pro-rated but in no circumstance will it be more than one-half of the tuition monies paid.
